    Status: Investigating

    Complication:
    A small number of patients trying to start an AFib measurement on Android with the Omron M4 are experiencing issues connecting their measurement device. The app may show an error or get stuck, preventing the measurement from completing.

    Next steps:
    We are investigating the cause. As a temporary workaround, the patient can log out, reinstall the app, and enter the measurement manually. We will provide an update as soon as more is known.
