Luscii - Automatisch afgehandelde meldingen niet afgehandeld in HiX – Incident details

Ons technische team heeft nu ook alle openstaande meldingen in HiX afgehandeld als die nog openstonden, hierbij is dit incident opgelost.

Our technical team has also processed the open alerts in HiX, this means this issue is now fully resolved.

Als een workaround kunnen de open meldingen kunnen in HiX handmatig afgehandeld worden, ondertussen werkt ons technische team op het moment aan een oplossing om alle openstaande meldingen die eigenlijk automatisch afgehandeld moesten worden in HiX ook af te handelen.

Open alerts can be manually processed in HiX if needed, in the meantime our technical team is working on a solution for the alerts that should've been automatically processed in HiX, so that all that are still open will be processed.

Het probleem is opgelost voor alle toekomstige meldingen, meldingen die in de tussentijd zijn gegeneerd en niet automatisch zijn afgehandeld zijn nog wel open in HiX.
